Catavue

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 5, 2026

These terms apply when you install or use Catavue. By using the application, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the connected Shopify store and agree to these terms.

The service

Catavue analyzes product data and provides health scores, warnings, and recommendations. The application is read-only and does not edit products automatically. Results are guidance, not a guarantee of approval, ranking, advertising performance, or sales on Shopify, Google, or another sales channel.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your catalog, for reviewing recommendations before acting on them, and for maintaining an authorized Shopify account. You must not misuse the application, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans, trials, renewals, and cancellations are processed through Shopify and appear on the merchant's Shopify invoice. Current pricing and plan limits are shown by Shopify before approval. You can cancel future use by uninstalling the application, subject to Shopify's applicable billing terms.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep Catavue reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Third-party services

Catavue depends on services provided by Shopify, Supabase, and Vercel. Their own terms and service availability also apply. Shopify and Google do not sponsor or guarantee Catavue.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catavue is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lost profits, lost sales, advertising outcomes, or decisions made from scan recommendations. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
